Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Product must be unopened

Product must be unused

Original packaging must be intact

Due to hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
